Farah Research Projects is a new initiative that began in 2024 with the aim of being more involved in different cancers from a research perspective in our own time.
The motto for Farah Research Project is ‘Building abilities, confidence and self-esteem through research and development’ and this is an ongoing process.
Farah passed away sadly from this disease of cancer, and therefore it is paramount to study cancer whether being able to access a clinical research laboratory, partake in a survey or even epidemiological research.
The need for ongoing study in understanding cancer is necessary to develop better diagnostic methods and therapeutic modalities better. This is achieved through research articles published in our very own biannual research journal for early cancer researchers and other research platforms.
Our research journal aims to publish ONE article that is of a humble quality standard to benefit the health community. We hope to create our own multidisciplinary research team one day from medical, scientific, psychological, sociological and statistical background across the world to partake in this initiative, influence and share their experience and learning development to better address cancer.
Our first volume published on 1st June 2025.
Research Article One
The research article discusses the social factors that influence that contribute towards neurological cancers survival rates. It was originally published on 1st August 2024 and has now been added onto the research journal platform: Octopus.
