At FST, we enjoy supporting our team members and this is one example of a project that began on 17th September 2019. Our Head of Art and Culture, Asqarini Hasbi is passionate about Art and wants to build her confidence and techniques. This was resolved by doing an art exhibition each year as a creative and therapeutic measure.

Art is a form of language that expresses an artist’s feelings through shapes, sizes, colour, shades, and texture. There are multiple types of art presented at FST from sketches and paintings to photography, articles, geometry, ceramics, and woodwork. This wide range of arts helps us to connect and uniquely visualize and correlate with our life experiences whether one is a hobby artist or professional.

Artistic is a virtual platform that aims to showcase talent from around the world like a tapestry. We enjoy face-to-face exhibitions and a virtual exhibition does not replace a real-life art gallery, however, a FREE virtual exhibition aims to present a creative way to encourage and support artists who live in different countries on one platform to overcome barriers such as travel, finance, and people believing in their work to create equal opportunities. In this day and time, the use of social media is an imperative method for presenting artwork.

Artistic welcomes people regardless of their ages, religions, races, and creeds. We believe in quality over prices and each exhibition is FREE for 24 hours, 7 days a week, and accessible everywhere.

All images and photographs belong to the corresponding artist and are copyright-protected. For any inquiries, the owner of the artwork should be contacted. We are not responsible if the names of the social media platforms have been changed. The purpose of sharing their social media details is to network and support opportunities.

Culture

Culture is defined as the shared beliefs, languages, traditions, and values in a community that influences their approach to matters, thinking mode, and behaviour. This is referred to as non-material cultural aspects, however, material culture concerns the artwork, embroidery, dress, food, and drink that are inclined towards a particular culture.

There are a range of cultures worldwide to learn, understand, and respect. At FST, we are always eager to fulfill this. Since our launch in 2014, all of our offline events have welcomed people from all cultures where there was great teamwork and discussion in seminars, workshops, sports events, fundraising charity dinners, and conferences.  Examples of online/virtual projects related to culture, we have provided insight into various cultures. The Maghrabi culture in Artistic Season One in 2019. The African-Carribbean culture and how they contributed to various avenues as a source of inspiration in the Black History Month art exhibition 2020. The Palestinian Art and Culture in Artistic Art Exhibition 4 in 2022. The Iraqi culture and cuisine in one of Farah Ramadan’s magazines, Issue 10 published in 2024. In 2025, we aim to showcase an insight into the Indian culture on Mandala art. We hope to explore many other cultures over the years.
