Hajj or pilgrimage is among the five pillars of Islam, where millions from all over the world converge once a year in Makkah with the intention of suppressing all forms of worldly desires, sincere submission, and seeking the ultimate forgiveness and intense love from the Almighty. Everyone is together like a bed of white doves on three M’s (Makkah, Mina, Muzdalifah) before reaching Arafah on the Mountain of Mercy, irrespective of their geographical and cultural origin. However, many are unable to do so because the Most Gracious and Most Merciful has permitted only those who have the means and calls them on this mighty spiritual journey.
